Lunch at Pierre Gagnaire on the 8eme. When we ask the maitre’d to take a photo of us; he offers to take our photo in the kitchen.
He takes our photo with the chef in the kitchen which we are surprised to see is very small (compared to the size of the restaurant) with at least 15 people involved in the food preparation.. We cruise the shops in Ave George V and Ave Montaigne before returning home. When Kwan takes off her shoes, the tops of her feet has turned black (she did not have stocking or socks for the first time) and realize how polluted the streets are. In the evening, Kwan has an infection in her eyes. 15k
